  RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased from jowoom.com you will receive a full refund request within 30 days of the purchase. Unfortunately, we can't give you a refund or exchange if you've purchased it 30 days later.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met
  • The returned product is in good physical condition (not physically damaged or damaged) and must be in its original packaging.

  • All accessories included in the original purchase (pegs, connectors, USB cables and manuals) must be returned intact.

Additional Terms and Conditions
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • You are responsible for all shipping charges and risk any loss or damage to the product during shipment to the Koura Music. If you receive a free shipping benefit at the time of purchase, you can also receive a refund excluding the shipping cost.

  • If you return a product to the Koura Music that does not contain all parts of the original package, you may charge for that part.

  • Refund processing and payment will be completed within two weeks of receipt.

Please contact support to begin your return. We will receive and inspect the returned item and send you an email informing you that you have received the returned item. We also advise you to approve or reject a refund. Once approved, a refund will be processed and your credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain period of time.

Product Warranty Period

Koura Music warrants the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing during normal use for three months under the warranty period ("Product"). Do not be liable for damages caused by failure to follow the instructions in using the product.

However, it is not guaranteed that the product will not be interrupted or have errors.

In the event of a hardware and software failure within the warranty period and a valid claim within the warranty period, the consumer may receive a free exchange. The warranty service claim is filmed with a video of the product's appearance and defects, and the purchase date and purchaser name are recorded and sent to support@jowoom.com The warranty claim received is analyzed by the customer support team and exchanged. The consumer will ship the return to the place we have specified, and all shipping charges will be covered.

How to obtain warranty service

This limited warranty is applicable only to products sold through this Site for such products. However, warranty is not available if there is a forced disassembly or modification by the consumer. It does not apply to products or parts of products that have been altered or modified by persons who have not inserted or installed the product in the e-syncing (e.g. changing features or features). In addition, this limited warranty does not apply to any defect caused by (a) operating the product for damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes, either (b) permitting or operating the product for purposes other than its intended use.
